Convenient to train station - This hotel is just a few meters away from the train station, making it easy to access and perfect for travelers with luggage. Staff - The staff at this hotel were welcoming, helpful, and efficient, providing excellent service throughout my stay. Cleanliness - The room was very comfortable and well-maintained, with a great view of the trains passing by. Transportation - The location of the hotel made it convenient to get anywhere I wanted to go in the city.

I loved staying at this hotel! It was so easy to travel to because it's right near the train station. The staff was incredibly helpful - they even gave me a welcome drink! The rooms were really nice, with lots of amenities like ironing facilities and a mini-bar. I loved the buffet breakfast too - so many options to choose from.

I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the city centre.

Everything is great here, had a great stay on a business trip close to the Eurostar. The units are silent, big with fantastic views.

The hotel was contemporary, it met requirements, I enjoyed its perfect location very close to the trainstation, shops. They offered lots of options for buffet breakfast. Understanding staff and quick to respond. Don't forget to explore Sint-Gillis / Saint-Gilles district.

The reception and bar staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and modern with a lovely breakfast/restaurant area. The rooms are spacious and well-furnished with comfortable beds, amenities such as a kettle, fridge, and TV. The WiFi works well. Security measures make guests feel safe, and there is a private underground garage for parking.

The noise from the street and trains can be quite loud if the window is open, but thankfully, the air conditioning worked well. the check-in process was a bit slow, especially if there are large groups checking in at the same time.

I had a fantastic stay at Novotel! The staff at reception, especially SARNA, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room had an amazing view of the trains, which was fascinating to watch. The maid service was excellent and the fruit bowl at reception was a lovely touch. I highly recommend this hotel.
